"This was really fun to make. Some of the drum tracks were just recorded with on mic, and it's all really lo-fi, but I'm pretty proud of how these songs turned out"

The Alice Tapes (tracks 6-10)
"I'm still not sure why I wrote these songs. I wrote the Eleanor one and the rest followed soon after. It was written and recorded in record time. Alice Roosevelt was Theodore's daughter. She had a reputation of being a trouble maker. That appeals to me a lot as a songwriter."
